When someone has made a booking online they can login to administer My Payments in My Area. They can also get access to My Wallet to store secure details of cards that they can choose for future payments.
Selected administrators can be given access to the Web Office to see a Summary page with access to financial reporting and query tools.
Authorized administrators can see a history of all payments, their method and status. Columns can be sorted, new payments recorded and existing payments administered. Card payments will carry the icon of the card type!
Click to drill-down and administer an individual's payment, including changing the invoice amount if authorized. Note that there's an audit trail on the activities you take as well as security permissions.
Choose the Registrations tab to see a summary of the registrations that have been made. Administrators can select an individual registration to access the details.

View an individual delegate's record from one of several routes - the whole system is interlinked.
Then, there's Events Office which sits on one or more PCs at the conference registration desk as people arrive. It will synchronise a local copy of the database with the delegates who have booked so that you can check details and book people in as they arrive.
